The Korea Presbyterian Church of Westchester took ownership of the Church and its buildings in late 2008 with the Presbyterian Church of New Rochelle remaining as a tenant. With the arrival of warm weather, they introduced themselves to the community, hosting a BBQ/Block Party on behalf of all the churchs and organizations housed at 50 Pintard Avenue.
The event was very successful with many people from the neighborhood sharing good food and a real sense of a community gathering to get to know one another.
