The Troop participated in Westchester-Putnam's 2007 Klondike Derby,January 27th - 29th. The event was held at Camp Smith, a New York National Guard facility in Cortlandt Manor, NY. The theme for the Klondike was "Operation Winter Rescue" and included several stations similating a hazardous materials accident. Lodging were in the barracks, and food was served in the mess hall. Alas, despite the cold, snow was again a rare commodity.
A total of eight scouts from Troop 6 participated.
